Judicial System Broken on every level.

Today I received notice that my complaint concerning my constitutional rights were dismissed. Reading United States District Judge Terrance W. Boyle's order only reaffirms my belief that our Judicial system is completely non-functional. The complaint was about our constitutional right to "Due Process". The dismisal order does not address the complaint at all. But instead simplifies the complaint down to the point of asurd and completely ignores the issue brought to the court system.

In civil court it is not the familiar "Beyond a shadow of a doubt" that makes criminal court requirements. It is instead a "preponderance of evidence." In an effort to show this continuing descrimination and failure of "due process" over the course of several years now; this Judge Boyle interupts the case to lack evidence that Banks acted inappropiately in the decision of Child Custody determination. And again quotes that a judge can do whatever they like, even maliciously.

Judge Boyle did not hear this case in a preliminary hearing and apparently did not read this case with any amount of reasonable scrutiny. If he had he would of seen that what he commented as "the complaint" was only one piece of evidence that began a long succession of "errors", "malicious behaviors", "willfully ignoring the law" and "unlawful acts in the 'due process' of law - a constitutional right".

Now at the end, I shall go to the public and use technology to find an open, unhindered forum to spot light the absurd nature of our so called justice system. I will include the complaint and the procedure used in the court systems. It is my hope that American's will take a small amount of their time and read the filings so that they can have the first hand information that they will need to have discussions about the legitimacy of a constitution that is categorically ignored. I will post all relevant documents as .jpg and look forward to any discussions that might be posted. If you are as concerned with our Judicial System as I am, then please point your friends and neighbors to this example so that we might bring light to one of the real problems facing America.
